Precision Mission Concrete Company provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in the Rio Grande Valley area of Texas. Services include but are not limited to: driveways, patios, foundations, slabs, sidewalks, steps, retaining walls, pool decks, stamped concrete, decorative concrete, and concrete cutting.
The specific scope of any job is defined in the written estimate and/or contract provided to you prior to the start of work. No verbal modifications or additions to the agreed scope are binding unless confirmed in writing.
All estimates are provided at no charge. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Prices may change after 30 days due to fluctuations in material costs.
An estimate is not a contract. Work begins only after a formal agreement is signed or a deposit is received, as specified in the written estimate.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or contract for each job. Typical terms may include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion. Payments not received by the agreed date may result in work stoppage and may be subject to a late fee.
In the event of non-payment, Precision Mission Concrete Company reserves the right to file a mechanic's lien against the property in accordance with Texas law.
Where required by the City of Mission or other local authority, Precision Mission Concrete Company will obtain the necessary building permits prior to starting work. The cost of permits is included in the estimate or itemized separately. Customer is responsible for ensuring that the property description and address provided to us are accurate.
Cancellations made before work begins must be submitted in writing. Any deposit paid may be forfeited if materials have already been ordered or if significant preparation work has been performed.
Changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties. Additional work will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.
Concrete requires a curing period after installation. We will inform you of the recommended curing time and post-installation care instructions for your specific project. Precision Mission Concrete Company is not responsible for damage caused by use of the concrete before the curing period ends or by failure to follow our care instructions.
